You may access the PRETIRE platform using the following devices: iPhone, Android Phone, iPad, Android Tablet and even your desktop browser.
Please ensure that your device is running the latest possible operations system version.
Apple devices must run iOS 10, or later.
Android devices must run “Lollipop”, or later.
Desktop browsers must be HTML 5-compliant.
Candidates must register (create an account) in order to submit an application to join PRETIRE.
Clients (companies recruiting PRETIRE experience), must register in order to view our private list of candidates. To view the public candidates, users do not need to sign up.
To register, either download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. You can also register online by visiting https://www.pretireapp.com/platform/
The app and platform are free to download and use.
For clients
When a company/client successfully recruits a candidate, the company will be required to pay 12.5% commission of the contract total.
For candidates
No monthly fee is charged to candidates for being listed on the Pretire app and website.
To hire a candidate, you will first need to create an account with PRETIRE. Thereafter, you can browse our directory and “Contact” the candidate(s) you are looking to recruit.
Once we have reviewed and sent your message to the candidate, yourself and the candidate can work out the contract details.
After a contract has been agreed upon, PRETIRE will setup & activate the contract on the platform.
We charge a competitive 12.5% commission fee that is added to the total contract value.
PRETIRE provides a quality service to clients and candidates of the platform. Our role is to make sure the right caliber of companies and candidates connect on suitable contracts and to provide a recruitment “concierge”.
Should a company recruit a PRETIRE candidate for a full-term role, a placement fee will apply.
To become a candidate, you first need to create an account via the PRETIRE app or website. Thereafter, you will may submit your application to include your ID number, CV and profile photo.
Once your application has been approved and activated, you will be listed on the PRETIRE candidate directory. Note that we offer both private and public listings, i.e. candidates may choose to only be visible to companies who have a registered PRETIRE account.

STEP 1: Contract Agreement
Contractual obligations & terms are defined between the client and the candidate. Once the project scope and duration have been agreed upon, PRETIRE will initiate and capture the relevant details and initiate the billing process in due course.
STEP 2: Payment, Commission & Payout
PRETIRE will adhere to the payment terms as defined in the contract between the candidate and the client. As such, PRETIRE will invoice the client on behalf of the candidate and pay out the candidate once payment has been received.
PRETIRE will add a 12.5% commission to the candidate’s total fee, payable by the client.

Short-term, contract, assignment and/or project work is considered to be no longer than six (6) calendar months. PRETIRE will handle exceptions as and when they occur.
